Shipping / Ordering Policies
Currently most shipping is through US Priority Mail & FedEx Ground. We can deliver to any address in the USA and its territories. We may change shipping services without notice to accommodate particular orders and time frames. Lotus can only ship to US & US Territories addresses at this time. If you are an international customer you MUST contact us before ordering for special arrangements. We can make special shipping arrangements to suit your needs but you MUST contact the Lotus shipping office before ordering. Make sure your shipping address entered in your order is correct. We can not be responsible for incorrect information you have supplied causing delay or loss of your product and you may be liable for additional shipping costs. AVAILABILITY - Most orders will be shipped within 3 to 7 days. Some items may be on back-order or require longer to ship. Should you have any questions about availability or a very specific deadline PLEASE contact us as soon as possible for assistance. NOTE: Since many items come from Europe and other areas of the world we can not assure availability.
Credit Card & Paypal Ordering is handled through CCNOW. CCNOW provides secure online transfers that fully protects your personal information. For more information on how CCNOW secures your personal information please visit www.ccnow.com We do accept CASHIERS CHECKS & MONEY ORDERS, NO PERSONAL CHECKS. If you wish to send Money Order/Cashiers Check contact us via e-mail with order #'s listed next to each item on our web site and the quantity you want of each. We will then send you payment information & totals. RETURNS & REFUNDS Lotus does not offer a refund policy and recommend that you be aware of the products you are ordering. PLEASE ask us any questions if you are unsure about the product you are ordering. If your order has been damaged in some way you MUST note that with the carrier at time of delivery. The carrier is responsible for damaged items that are delivered to you and you MUST report that to the carrier when delivered. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER COMPLETELY WHEN IT ARRIVES. Lotus can only accept returns if incorrect items were shipped. If you have problem with a products performance you will need to contact that manufacturer directly, this includes any form of unwanted reaction or scent etc. NOTE: If you have any skin condition or have been sensitive to certain materials, we ask that you consult your physician. Due to health regulations we WILL NOT accept used product of any kind and anything that meets the above requirements (new & unused) for returning must be approved and have an RMA# written on the outside of the shipping box. An RMA# is issued by Lotus when your return is approved. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Errors and miscalculations: Although Lotus strives to make sure errors are not present on our website but we can not nor are required to honor errors in pricing, quantity etc. Such errors can mean the sale is void and would need to be re-placed at a time when the error has been corrected. Lotus can adjust for some errors and will contact the buyer if further corrections are needed. Lotus Co. does not offer price match or price adjusting, prices sometimes do fluctuate but all sales are final upon purchase.
